Online Trade ManagerByron Bay | Full-Time (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)About the RoleSpell is looking for a data-driven Online Trade Manager to lead and execute our eCommerce strategy. This role is accountable for the onsite performance across all platforms to drive the best-in-class user experience. Reporting to the Head of Digital & DTC Sales, you’ll use analytics, UX insights, and digital marketing strategies to maximise revenue and engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute online trade initiatives to drive growthOptimise digital advertising spend across Paid Search, Social, and AdrollLeverage data analytics to forecast trends and improve performanceEnhance user experience through A/B testing and personalisation strategiesCollaborate with marketing, merchandising, and CX teams on integrated campaignsOversee Shopify platform performance, customer segmentation, and automationMonitor and resolve system errors to ensure smooth operations
About YouProven experience in digital marketing and eCommerceStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret eCommerce metricsExpertise in Shopify, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo)Highly organised with strong project management skillsAbility to work both autonomously and collaboratively
Desirable SkillsBachelor’s degree or industry accreditation (e.g., Google certifications)Experience with SEO, paid search, social media, and email marketing
