Are you an organised and customer-focused professional with a passion for sales and administration? Royal Floors is looking for a Sales & Office Assistant to join our growing team!
About the Role:
As a Sales & Office Assistant , you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our showroom. You’ll be assisting customers, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent service to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and guidance.
Support the sales team with quotes, invoices, and follow-ups.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
Maintain and update customer records and databases.
Assist with general office administration and stock management.
Coordinate with suppliers and installers to ensure timely project completion.
Contribute to marketing and promotional activities as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Sales or retail experience (flooring or home improvement industry is a plus!).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Hours: Full-time / Part-time (negotiable)
