We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will drive business initiatives by analysing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing strategic solutions. You will lead a team of analysts and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of projects that enhance our operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop solutions that align with business goals.
• Develop and present detailed business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies, to support decision-making.
• Manage and prioritise multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

What do I need? The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Experience with project management and process improvement frameworks (e.g., Agile, Lean Six Sigma).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Customer Match CIS & GCM highly desired.
