About the Role:
As Head Chef, you will have full creative control over menu design, focusing on seasonal, locally sourced produce to deliver refined, high-quality dishes. You will lead a dedicated kitchen team, oversee kitchen operations, and maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute innovative menus for our members, public offering, events and functions.
- Source premium ingredients and cultivate relationships with local suppliers.
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including budgeting, staffing, and compliance.
- Maintain impeccable food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Lead, train, and inspire a small team of chefs and kitchen staff.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining or premium venue.
- A passion for seasonal, locally sourced cuisine.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and financial acumen.
- Ability to create bespoke dining experiences for exclusive clientele.
- A hands-on approach and attention to detail.
