About the RoleWe’re looking for a Client Success & Retention Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our client experience function.You’ll own the post-sale client journey—building relationships, designing retention strategies, and ensuring our customers get the right financial solutions at the right time. This isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity to be a builder, a strategist, and a key driver in our success.
What You’ll Be Doing
Be the go-to advisor for our SME customers, ensuring they get fast, clear, and meaningful support.Build and execute a best-in-class retention strategy—from onboarding to ongoing engagement.Develop a structured approach to managing and growing our client portfolio.Engage proactively with customers to understand their business needs and align them with the best funding solutions.Actively manage relationships, tracking customer goals, aligning them with their ideal financial products.Work closely with our Lending Managers to create tailored proposals and ensure seamless customer experiences.Host video onboarding sessions to establish strong relationships from the first transaction.Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities to expand client engagement.Enhance our processes and tools, working with external service providers to improve efficiency.Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM and provide insights to improve our offerings.

What You Bring
✔ Proven experience in client success, account management, sales, or marketing coordination. ✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage SME customers and stakeholders. ✔ Ability to create and manage structured processes for customer lifecycle management. ✔ Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. ✔ Experience managing customer portfolios and improving retention.
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
➕ Experience working with SMEs (bonus if you’ve been a business owner yourself). ➕ Background in commercial finance, lending, or payments. ➕ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
