Liberator Australia is excited to announce an new part-time position (0.6FTE) for an NDIS & Accounts Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
A primary focus of this role is bridging the gap between our clients (health professionals and NDIS participants/families), the NDIS, our Accounts function, and our other internal teams. Key elements of the job include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact between clients, the NDIS, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of funding and payment matters
- Coordinating with the Accounts team on invoicing and payment issues
- Supporting clients with NDIS quoting requirements
- Maintaining accurate records of all communications
- Ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines and procedures
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients navigating NDIS processes and purchasing Liberator products.
Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will have experience with NDIS processes and company accounting systems, along with the following criteria:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with ZenDesk, Xero, Jira, Capsule CRM or similar systems
- Strong commitment to solving customer problems
- Strong conflict resolution skills to handle difficult situations with professionalism and care
- A proactive and empathetic approach to supporting people with disabilities and their support networks
- A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to changes in NDIS policies and internal procedures.
