Mortgage Broker – Equilibria Finance - a leading boutique brokerage
Equilibria Finance has an opportunity for an ambitious and energetic mortgage broker to be a part of a leading practice that is full of energy and high performing!
Earn base + commissions or commissions only model. Able to be Sydney or regional based.
Due to the ongoing growth of the business we are recruiting mortgage brokers wanting to settle more, do less admin, spend more time with clients, and be part of a team with the flexibility to be based in Sydney or a regional location.
You will have the ability to nurture existing relationships and leads as well as build a book of clients. You may or may not have an existing book you bring across to seed the business. You will be supported by a strong and established internal support system including a “Head of Broker” and “Head of Broker Support” who with you to leverage your networks and nurture our incoming leads.
Your key responsibilities and accountabilities will be:
- Proactively building referral partners and centre of influence relationships.
- Building a client base and developing new revenue sources.
- Servicing the needs of the existing leads generated.
- Provide strategic and debt structuring advice in the best interests of the client.
The Successful applicant will have:
- A minimum of 18 months experience
- The ability to grow leads and settlement volumes, high standards of integrity, ability to learn and dedication, coachable, adaptable to change and a want to be part of a dynamic high performing team and a strong brand.
- A Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking.
- A member of MFAA or FBAA.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong levels of personal drive and commitment to achieving personal goals
- A desire to grow a successful business
