About the role:
As the business growth, currently we are looking for a Solar PV Product Marketing Specialist join our team.
The work will be divided into two main parts: 60% product and 40% marketing.
Product (60%):
- Technical Support : Provide technical support to the team and clients, as well as training for technicians in solar panel design and installation processes.
- Documentation and Reporting : Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test results, and project reports. Ensure clear communication of project milestones and results to stakeholders.
- Evaluate and analyze the performance of solar panel systems using data and simulations. Troubleshoot technical issues and propose design improvements based on performance feedback.
Marketing (40%):
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and customer insights. Use findings to inform marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and target audiences. This includes paid media, organic, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Content Creation: Lead the creation of high-quality content for blogs, websites, social media, and other marketing channels. Ensure content is consistent with brand voice and optimized for SEO.
- Act as a key team member in planning and executing exhibitions and strategic meetings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in renewable industry, with a focus on solar panel technology
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and client interaction
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and conversion optimization.
