What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospecting for new business & managing a database of clients
- Handling buyer inquiries via phone & email
- Conducting open homes & private inspections
- Assisting with marketing appointments & auctions
- Liaising with vendors, buyers, photographers & solicitors
- Negotiating sales & managing client relationships
- A positive attitude & high energy
- Ambition, drive & a hunger to succeed
- Polished presentation & strong communication skills
- Certificate of Registration (or real estate license), car & driver’s license
- One-on-one mentoring from a highly experienced, top-performing agent
- Work in one of Sydney’s most affluent areas
