We are seeking an organised, proactive and capable Personal Assistant (PA) to support our the team:

Expectations of the role:

  • Support executive management
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organise travel plans
  • Handle internal and external communications with professionalism
  • Prepare documents, reports, and meeting agendas to keep things on track
  • Assist with office administration and event coordination
  • Be the go-to person to ensure operations run smoothly
  • Support project management initiatives when needed
  • Organising and coordinating business and personal events, meetings, and functions
  • Overseeing household and lifestyle management, such as liaising with service providers (cleaners, maintenance, deliveries), managing subscriptions, and handling home-related commitments
  • Assisting in personal errands and tasks, such as reservations, online purchases, gift arrangements and grocery deliveries

Minimum requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a comparable role (Receptionist & PA)
  • The ability to achieve outcomes within required timeframes and manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Personal presentation that reflects a professional image and the values of the organisation
  • Excellent computer literacy with advanced MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, reliable and tactful
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate requests and instructions to internal and external stakeholder
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing work requirements and varying volumes of work
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding written communication skills
  • Loyalty and a high level of confidentiality
