As a Repair Quality Manager within our Claims team, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards in property repairs, claims management, and service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, managing, and reviewing the performance of repair partners and providers through on-site and remote audits, claims reviews, and referrals
  • Providing technical expertise and business insight to strengthen partnerships with repair service providers
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers and partners
  • Managing vendor relationships to drive optimal repair outcomes, cost efficiency, and service excellence
  • Monitoring industry trends and implementing strategies to address emerging challenges in property repairs
  • Developing and refining processes to ensure that the repair quality and claims management functions align with the needs of customers, partners, and the broader business

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Advanced knowledge of the building industry, Building Codes, insurance and claims
  • Current costing knowledge of domestic and commercial works
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Strong building industry experience
  • Significant proven experience in costing building repairs
  • Insurance industry experience (desirable)
  • Relevant trade qualifications
