Description:
We are looking for a Change Consultant to support an ERP implementation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will drive tactical change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes while working within an Agile delivery framework.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE- Develop and execute tactical change management plans to support ERP implementation.
- Identify and manage stakeholder impacts, ensuring engagement and readiness.
- Create and deliver clear, effective communications for different audience groups.
- Support training initiatives to enhance user adoption and minimize resistance.
- Collaborate with Agile project teams to integrate change management into sprints.
- Monitor change adoption, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Experience in change management for ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery and how change fits into an iterative approach.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
- Hands-on experience in developing and delivering change communications.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
- Sydney-based and available for a hybrid work setup.
