How will I help? We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to identify business needs, gather requirements, and analyse processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
  • Analyse and map business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications, process maps, and reports.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather insights and validate requirements.
  • Work with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with overall objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.

What do I need?

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in Customer Match CIS & GCM highly desired.
