Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
- Analyse and map business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications, process maps, and reports.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather insights and validate requirements.
- Work with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with overall objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
What do I need?
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in Customer Match CIS & GCM highly desired.
