We now have the following positions available in our main kitchen.
Qualified Chef- Full Time/Permanent
Responsibilities include:
- Performing all food preparation and cooking duties
- Working across all sections of the kitchen including grills, pans, and fryers
- Ensuring consistency and portion control is adhered to
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards
- General kitchen cleaning duties as required
Essential skills required:
- Certificate IV is Commercial Cookery (and/or higher)
- Proven experience in a large high-volume commercial kitchen
- Experience in food preparation and plating up.
