McLean Care is expanding, and we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Roster Clerk to join our vibrant, supportive team. As part of this dynamic role, you'll work on a rotating roster, with shifts starting at 6 AM, 7 AM, and 8 AM.
This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, where you’ll play a key part in making sure everything runs smoothly!
About the Role:
As a Roster Clerk at McLean Care, you will report to the Service Delivery Manager and be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of rosters. Your key duties will include:
- Creating and managing rosters
- Negotiating shift changes to meet client needs
- Inputting client requirements into our system accurately
- Providing general office support as needed
- Occasionally handling on-call duties, ensuring flexibility and reliability at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Tech-savvy: Strong computer literacy and the ability to manage various systems
- Detail-focused: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Organized: Highly skilled in organization and time management, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Problem-solver: Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure situations
- Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are always willing to lend a hand
- Experience: Previous rostering experience is a bonus, but not essential
