About the role
Reporting to the Field Sales & Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the achievement of Conquest Sports NSW & QLD net revenues – both Indent & total splits as set by the business. You will also be accountable for Customer Management and the building of strong business partnerships, whilst having accurate and timely communications of: Weekly call reports and Seasonal Teardown Reports.
Specifically, this role will include, but is not limited to:
- Ensure “go-to-market” excellence that is compelling, delivering strong results against targets, and meets specified cut-off deadlines
- Provide solution-based strategies for gaps within internal & external KPI’s
- Regular account performance reviews with Strategic Independents
- Indent management and order hold preservation
- Management of sales programs and discounts (dilution) against plan
- Execute seasonal assortment plans for all doors
- Execute Integrated Account marketing plans that support strategic objectives
- Management of replenishment opportunities against plan and where applicable, initiate recovery plan strategies
- Adherence to agreed call cycle, servicing to the highest standard both field and ANZ National Accounts.
- Drive mutually beneficial outcomes that deliver growth and profitability for all accounts, by:
- Receipt and collation of customer sell-through information.
- Integrate customer marketing initiatives into customer management process
- Manage product assortments for all identified major accounts
- Manage & enhance customer relationships at all times
- Co-ordinate with Marketing team to ensure execution of brand strategy, POS & staff tools
- Deliver timely and Accurate Monthly KAPS Forecasts for relevant territory.
About you
- Proven track record in a similar role, within the Fashion Retail industry
- Experience in driving assortment of product in alignment with strategic plans and initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, and techniques
- Excellent time management and self-motivation.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications
