We are seeking a strategic and consultative Gen AI & Data Consultant to join a forward-thinking team in a leading Australian organisation who are investing heavily in tech and AI. In this internal-facing role, you will act as the bridge between business and technical teams, helping stakeholders harness the power of Gen AI and data tools to solve both known and emerging challenges.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for Gen AI and data-driven solutions.
- Drive data strategy, ensuring AI implementations align with business goals and deliver tangible value.
- Take a consultative approach, educating and guiding stakeholders on how AI can transform their operations.
- Research and evaluate AI tools, recommending fit-for-purpose solutions based on stakeholder needs.
- Provide hands-on support and training, ensuring teams effectively leverage AI technologies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to bring innovative, strategic insights to the organisation.
What You'll Bring:
- At least 3-4+ years of commercial experience in AI, data analytics, or data strategy.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing data strategies that align with business goals.
- Strong ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring AI solutions drive business impact.
- A consultative mindset, comfortable challenging ideas and shaping data-driven strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
