Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you will be a strategic partner to Sales, focusing on driving growth through effective financial strategies. Your expertise will help shape the business's direction and ensure financial objectives are met, contributing to the overarching mission of delivering impactful solutions.
As the Commercial Manager, you will:
• Oversee the commercial finance team while managing P&L and providing in-depth management reporting to drive performance.
• Foster strong partnerships with various stakeholders and become a trusted advisor within the organization.
• Lead the processes for forecasting and budgeting while identifying potential risks and opportunities.
• Analyse key performance metrics to support informed decision-making and develop financial models.
• Review investment opportunities and pricing strategies and provide insightful recommendations during pre-approval.
• Mentor and guide a talented team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
The ideal candidate's experience and qualifications:
• CA/CPA qualified.
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, with a proven track record of effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including using complex formulas and tools for data analysis.
• Experience in creating advanced Power BI reports is a significant advantage.
