We're looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team in Townsville. In this role, you'll manage an existing portfolio of accounts while also identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: As an essential team member, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and supporting the branch's overall success. Your duties will include:
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing school clients, ensuring their specific needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
- Providing customized office furniture solutions by consulting with stakeholders to fulfill their requirements.
- Managing customer inquiries, quotes, and orders efficiently, while documenting all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Growing and maintaining a portfolio of client accounts, fostering loyalty and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborating closely with project management and logistics teams to ensure timely and smooth furniture delivery and installation.
- Keeping the showroom well-organized, welcoming, and reflective of our high professional standards.
- Staying updated on the latest products and trends to offer expert guidance to clients.
- Ensuring all tasks adhere to company policies, quality expectations, and our commitment to sustainability.
