Temporary Training Administrator (3-Month Contract)We are seeking a Temporary Training Administrator to support our clients training programs and survey administration. This role is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional to contribute to our dynamic team and gain valuable experience within a fast-paced environment.
The Training Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support for training programs, assisting with survey-related tasks, and ensuring compliance with training quality standards. This role involves coordination with employees, supervisors, and general managers to facilitate smooth training operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage training enquiries, bookings, and enrolments.
- Coordinate communications, documentation, attendance tracking, and facility services for training activities.
- Maintain and update the training calendar and schedule.
- Process vendor setup and purchase orders as required.
- Set up courses and class offers in alignment with training strategies, contracts, and Ventia’s requirements.
- Support traineeship and apprenticeship processes, ensuring compliance with government guidelines.
- Assist students by providing access to learner portals, training materials, and instructions.
- Allocate training costs to relevant business units.
- Perform QA checks, ensure data integrity, and manage data entry.
- Issue Statements of Attainment or Certificates following Ventia’s policies and procedures.
- Compile and report training data using Power BI, Survey Monkey, SharePoint, and Success Factors.
- Experience working within the national training system and knowledge of quality processes.
- Proficiency in LMS (Success Factors), SMS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with Power BI or other data systems (highly regarded).
- A 3-month contract with exposure to training administration in a large-scale organization.
