We have partnered with a state government department and looking for a Levies Officer to assist with providing a range of services to levy payers.Key Responsibilities :
- Process levy revenue and project finalisation utilising the CRM and finance systems.
- Reconcile and assess the project accounting information provided by stakeholders against their project notification.
- Attend to enquiries and liaise with customers and other stakeholders across various platforms including face to face, in writing, phone call, and email.
- Support the day to day administrative and processing requirements.
- Assist other team members in the daily processing of clients’ documents and records.
- Ensuring compliance with all processes and follow-up on non-compliance.
- Records management.
- Have an ability to pick things up quickly.
- Must be able to handle high volumes of work.
- Excellent data entry.
- Must be confident using the Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Excel and Teams
- Must be an Australian/New Zealand citizen.
It is highly important for this role that the successful applicant is a team player, is willing to get stuck in and help across all aspects of the team and is able to hit the ground running.
