Our client is seeking an experienced Change Manager for an initial contract until 30 June 2025 with an extension option.ROLE
- Develop and implement change management strategies using PROSCI, LaMarsh, or similar methodologies to support governance and the roll-out of a new digital customer portal.
- Align change management approach with organizational strategies, addressing the impact on various business areas, and engaging stakeholders to assess readiness and monitor adoption.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across the organization, creating engagement plans, impact assessments, and training programs to ensure smooth adoption of the new portal.
- Monitor and report on change progress, identify risks, provide ongoing support, and adjust strategies to ensure successful implementation and compliance with relevant policies.
- Proven experience in change management using PROSCI, LaMarsh, or similar methodologies, with a strong understanding of governance in organizational change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with staff at all levels and simplify complex information.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others, manage stakeholders, and foster collaboration.
- Analytical mindset to assess change impacts, develop strategies, resolve issues effectively, and adapt to changing circumstances with resilience.
