Bilba Enterprises are currently looking for a motivated and dedicated person to join our Finance team.
Bilba Enterprises trades as Northern Stock Water and Austral Ag and we have multiple branches throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory. We are currently experiencing strong growth and we’re looking for new team members to help take our business to the next level.
This is a great opportunity for an accounts officer or administration officer to increase their skill set with in-house training provided. You will assist or be responsible for a broad range of finance related tasks and have the ability to work closely with all areas of our business which comprises of multiple companies.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Update information in our internal systems
- Accounts payable tasks
- Accounts receivable tasks
- Complete reconciliations
- Assist Finance Manager with accounting tasks
- Assist with timesheets
- Liaise with management, staff, clients, suppliers and contractors where required
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to learn and be involved in many aspects of the business. This could include administration, finance, sales, marketing and payroll, therefore any previous experience or willingness to be involved in these area's would be advantageous.

- experience with Wiise, MYOB Advanced, Business Dynamics or other ERP platforms will be highly regarded.
