We are currently seeking talented Family Lawyer's on all levels of PQE to work for a number of clients in Queensland and regional Queensland.
Candidates will have a strong background in family law and have the ability to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision.
Duties but not limited to:-
- Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, child custody and access, property settlement, spousal support, and domestic violence issues.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, guiding them through the legal process with empathy and professionalism.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for court appearances as required.
- Collaborate with other members of the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions and support to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and case files.
- Stay informed about developments in family law legislation and legal best practices.
Requirements:-
- Admission as a lawyer in Queensland and hold a current practicing certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years post-admission experience in family law.
- Strong understanding of family law principles and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
