Foreman – Roma, QLD
Position & Project Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Foreman to supervise the delivery of a commercial project for our client in Roma, QLD. The project, valued at $30 million, is set to begin in May 2025 and is expected to take approximately 18 months to complete.
In this role, you will work closely with the Site Manager to support the supervision of the on-site team, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Our client is a multi-award-winning commercial construction company that has been operating in regional Australia for over 25 years. They have successfully delivered diverse commercial projects ranging from $5M to $35M for government, commercial, and local council sectors.
About the Role:
As Foreman, you will be an integral part of the project team, directly supporting the Site Manager. You will oversee the daily operations on-site, ensuring work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to specifications. Your responsibilities will include supporting the on-site workforce, liaising with subcontractors, and reporting directly to the Site Manager. You will also be involved in maintaining safety standards, managing timelines, and ensuring that the project stays on track.
This position is strictly on-site in Roma, QLD, and we invite applications from local candidates or those willing to relocate for the duration.
About You:
- Extensive experience working on commercial construction sites in Australia, with a strong understanding of the Australian Building Codes.
- Proven background as a Foreman within the construction industry.
- Relevant trade qualifications and a 'boots on the ground' attitude.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A good understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, budgeting, and regulations.
- Australian Citizenship and an unrestricted driver’s license.
