About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our residential property management team at North GC Realty. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties in the Northern Gold Coast area. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our rental properties, providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants.
What you'll be doing
Effectively manage a portfolio of residential rental properties including processing rental applications, organising property inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and providing excellent customer service to tenants and landlordsEnsure timely rent collection and arrears managementConduct regular property inspections using provided iPad & softwareCoordinate tradespeople and vendors to complete maintenance and improvement work on propertiesAdvise landlords on market trends, rental appraisals, and strategies to optimise property performanceMaintain a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and ensure compliance with all tenancy laws and regulationsWhat we're looking for
Minimum 1 years' experience as a property manager in the residential real estate sectorStrong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeopleExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations effectivelyThorough knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and property management best practicesProficient in using property management software and MS Office applicationsWhat we offer
