About the Role
This is a dynamic and multi-faceted position, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their work. You’ll assist across:
✔ Customer Support & Admin: Helping clients with inquiries, onboarding, and general admin.✔ Executive Assistance: Managing priorities, scheduling, and supporting the CEO’s global work schedule.✔ Marketing & Lead Support: Handling inbound leads and supporting marketing activities.✔ Compliance Support: Assisting our specialised AML team with administrative tasks.✔ Industry Events & Travel: Attending legal and compliance events in Australia and New Zealand.You’ll work both in-office and from home on Wednesdays, with flexibility for full-time or part-time candidates.

Salary & Benefits
