As we continue to grow, we have multiple opportunities available in our Supported Independent Living and Community Access programs. We work with participants who have a wide range of support needs, assisting them in maintaining a high quality of life and reaching their personal aspirations, both at home and in their community. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting participants with daily tasks, including personal care, medication, and domestic activities
- Providing transport to appointments and community activities
- Helping individuals develop skills to achieve their personal goals
- Accurately reporting on shift outcomes and completing necessary documentation Supported Independent Living positions: You’ll need flexibility to work within a 24/7 roster, including sleepover shifts (inactive).
Community Access positions: Flexibility is key as you’ll adapt to the varying support needs of our participants. What You’ll Need
- A current driver’s license and access to a vehicle with registration and comprehensive insurance
- A smartphone with data
- First Aid/CPR Certificate*
- Blue Card*
- Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance*
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module* (free via https://training.ndiscommission.gov.au)
- Must be obtained before commencement.
