The role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced beauty connoisseur to join our team.

We are on the lookout for an individual who is passionate about all thing’s beauty and sustainability.
Some responsibilities include:
• Managing an engaged and inspired team of individuals
• Managing the daily operations of the boutique
• Rostering, recruitment, and training
• all retail activities that contribute to brand image by coordinating with field and corporate functions with a sharp sense of entrepreneurship.
This is a Full-Time, 38-hour-per-week position Sunday to Thursday.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business.
• Experience in a senior beauty advisor/assistant manager role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures.
• Skin care & management experience is ideal but not essential.
