And right now, we've been retained by The Migration Agency's founder and Managing Director, Sarah Thapa, to look for an intelligent, seasoned B2B sales professional to join as their QLD Business Development Manager.

  • Someone who enjoys meeting with business-owners and hiring decision-makers;

  • Comfortable in taking charge of sales situations when needed;
  • Good under pressure;

  • Pro-active and keen to take the initiative;
  • Good at reading both people - and the facts; and
  • Methodologically able to approach the sales process in a well organised way...

And you have 5 years solid experience in the HR, staffing solutions, immigration, recruitment, or, the international trade and investment sectors, we'd be keen to hear from you. (Tertiary qualifications in law, business, marketing, or other related field will be advantageous but it's not a deal-breaker).

The role?

It's classic BD gig. You'll be the key contributor to the growth of the business and play a key role in driving new business and attainment of key sales metrics including lead generation, new customer acquisition monthly, revenue targets, managing and growing key client accounts, and building a pipeline of business opportunities to increase market penetration and expansion. You'll track and monitor ROI on sales activity and actively engage in relevant networks.
