About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Business Administrator to join our team based in Yenda, with branches across Northern Victoria and NSW.
In this versatile role, you will provide quality customer service and office administration to all Yenda Group internal and external customers in support and implementation of the Yenda Group operational and strategic objectives and plans.
This will involve assisting with :
- Entry of data into software used by Yenda Producers.
- Weekly bank reconciliation - Yenda Prods Grain Pty Ltd.
- The accounts payable processing for Yenda Prods Grain Pty Ltd.
- Preparation of monthly BAS for Yenda Prods Grain Pty Ltd.
- Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliation for Yenda Prods Grain Pty Ltd.
- Monthly reconciliations of credit card statements and associated paperwork for Yenda Prods Grain Pty Ltd.
- Interest charge processing for Yenda Prods Grain Pty Ltd.
- The Yenda Group marketing, including quarterly newsletters.
- Collating requests for community support and maintain register.
- The onboarding of new debtor account applicants including communicating with the new customer.
- Monthly debtor statements and associated reports.
- End of month debtor roll over.
- Generating of monthly reports, as required.
- Other work tasks as required and or delegated, in line with the job role.
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this opportunity, you must demonstrate :
- Experience in an office environment - use of Microsoft office applications
- Outstanding attention to detail and prioritisation skills
- Dedication to high customer service levels at all times
- Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to shared goals.
