THE ROLE

As our Social Media Executive, you will play a key role in shaping the online presence of APT & Travelmarvel (ATG), bringing our luxury travel experiences to life through dynamic content and strategic engagement. You will work closely with our Digital, Marketing, Brand, and Product teams to ensure our social media channels captivate, inspire, and connect with our audience.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
  • Create & Curate Content: Work with our Design Studio, Brand, and Digital teams to develop high-quality, engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Manage Social Media Strategy: Align with internal marketing and product strategies to maintain brand consistency and enhance online presence.
  • Engage & Build Community: Interact with our followers, respond to comments and messages, and collaborate with Customer Service teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Analyse & Optimise Performance: Monitor key social media metrics, analyse campaign results, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest social media innovations and best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of digital engagement.
  • Social Listening & Insights: Use social listening tools to provide valuable insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Events Digital Marketing Coordination: Support our broader Marketing Team by coordinating Digital Marketing for our Retail Events.
About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
  • Exceptional communication and creative writing skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Ads Manager, Business Manager).
  • Ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing social media accounts and delivering engaging campaigns.
  • A background in marketing, communications, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus!
