Description
- Administrative Support : Provide general administrative assistance, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office systems.
- Customer Service : Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Payroll Assistance : Assist in processing payroll, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Data Entry : Accurately input and update data into systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- General Office Duties : Manage filing systems, prepare documents, and assist with day-to-day office tasks as needed.
Profile
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, payroll, or data entry role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Full work rights in Australia and availability Monday to Friday.
