We're seeking a passionate and driven Duty Manager to assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving financial success, and mentoring a high-performing team. In this dynamic environment, you will lead by example, ensuring excellent customer service while promoting a positive team culture.
Skills & Attributes
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Required licences: Gaming, RSA, RSG, and TAB
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage budgets and drive business growth
- Living in Renmark or willing to relocate
