The centre, in the heart of the Adelaide Hills boasts beautiful natural learning spaces and is well resourced. The long standing Director has created a supportive environment for staff and is looking to welcome a dedicated educator to the team. This is a rare opportunity as staff turn over at this centre is very low.
The Opportunity
This is a full time permanent role for an experienced Cert III or Diploma qualified Educator to work in the Nursery room with 12 babies.
Shifts are set at 10.30am - 6pm, Monday - Friday, so you can expect stability and consistency in your role. Management strongly promotes staff wellbeing and regular professional development as well as offering excellent, above award rates of pay and regular increases. This Centre invites and encourages new, innovative ideas where everyone contributes to programming and planning and has regular non-contact time.

To be considered, you will;
- Hold (or working toward) an ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Have sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Be a strong communicator with a team focused philosophy and ability to build lasting relationships with children and families.
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain
- Current Child Protection Training (RRHAN)
