Our client, a global leader in integrated security and AI-powered IoT (AIoT) solutions, is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team.About the RoleAs a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a key role in providing expert technical support, assisting with pre-sales solutions, and ensuring seamless project delivery. You will work closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, deliver training, and promote innovative security solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues;Assist in pre-sales support, including product selection, solution design, and PoC demonstrations;Deliver technical training to distributors and partners;Support project implementation, including installation guidance and troubleshooting;Promote new features and products to customers, supporting marketing initiatives;Manage RMA cases and compile technical documentation;Maintain high-quality service standards and achieve performance KPI.
What We’re Looking ForFluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus);Strong IT/networking skills with a hands-on problem-solving approach;Experience in the CCTV/surveillance/security industry;Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills;Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;Willingness to travel extensively and work in a multicultural setting.
