About the role:
This is an exciting project-based role within the rail sector, supporting ongoing maintenance and improvements to rolling stock for our client. You will work closely with a team of skilled professionals, ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained throughout the duration of the project. This role is ideal for those looking to develop their career within the rail industry with a focus on rolling stock maintenance.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Electrician or in rolling stock maintenance preferred.
- Australian recognised Trade Certificate.
- SA Electrical contractor license
- Prior experience in heavy industry will also be considered, especially those with transferable skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance with all relevant industry standards.
- Ability to perform overtime and weekend work when required.
Additional Information:
- Work is project-based, offering variety and the chance to develop further within the rail industry.
- Successful candidates will be required to complete industry-specific inductions and training.
- Candidates who meet the qualifications and experience outlined will be contacted for further discussions.
Successful candidates must be willing and able to complete pre-employment medicals as well as regular drug and alcohol testing.
