Based in the SOUTH AUSTRALIA REGION , you’ll be reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

Each day will include building and nurturing trusted relationships to a client group including top-tier construction & mining companies, as well as major government accounts to provide mutually beneficial outcomes to these customers and Coates.

  • Establishing yourself as the lead point of contact for all client matters and developing trusted relationships
  • Navigate your way through allocated client organisations and increase awareness of Coates offerings and solutions
  • Develop strategies and collaborate with support teams to deliver initiatives that delight customers and support sales growth
  • Travel regionally to visit key customer sites throughout the state

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Ideally have experience selling services and solutions into construction, mining, manufacturing, government or related industries
  • Be a self-starter who thinks strategically to drive results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Have proven negotiation and influencing skills gained through 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Tendering and contract management experience
  • Demonstrate the ability to interpret and analyse data to formulate strategic plans
  • Demonstrated ability to develop deep multi-level key stakeholder relationships
