At Green Leaves Early Learning, our unique National Learning, Research, and Development Program (NLRDP) is at the heart of our commitment to supporting our teams in their professional development. Ideally, we’d love for you to hold:
- Proven masterful mentoring skills
- An ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care qualification, or higher
- A current and State-relevant Working with Children's Check
- Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
