Description:
This role will focus on the strategy of the individual asset groups across the assets and overseeing and supervising the works being conducted by the engaged contractor.
Requirements:
In order to be successful in this role it is expected you will have:
- Asset management knowledge - preferably from working client side - focused on strategy and life cycle cost models on infrastructure or linear infrastructure related assets.
- Reliability engineering experience - qualifications not required, but experience in this area a preference.
- Asset class knowledge - mechanical/electrical equipment knowledge - again preferably you have had experience managing multiple asset classes during your career.
- Project management skills - with a major capital expenditure model of over $600m to be spent in the next 20 years, ideally you would have had some experience in the mobilisation of projects and ideally have client side project management skill set.
Your communication skills will allow you to liaise at all levels, from government entities down to subcontractor level.
