The Role
- Administering equipment prescriptions
- Conducting home modifications
- Implementing falls prevention measures
- Pressure care management
- Complete Daily Living (ADL) assessments.
- Additionally, you will be equipped to make recommendations for other necessary supports and services to ensure our patients receive the best possible care.
Requirements
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) – Occupational Therapy Board.
- Current Driver’s Licence.

Pay: $110,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
