About the Role

Support the case management team to deliver a high quality individual service to each participant on the ALPA CDP caseload. You will also support the CDP participants to improve their quality of life and increase access to opportunities available within the community. To be successful in this role, you will be focused on the development of local community members and delivering a high-quality service to them, while championing ALPA's values of purpose, outcomes, communication, respect & integrity.

This position is a fixed term contract and is based in Galiwinku, Northern Territory.

To Apply, You Need to Demonstrate:

  • Qualification in Community Services and/or relevant experience
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Experience working in a remote setting with vulnerable people
  • Analytical thinker and goal orientated
  • High level of communication, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a culturally appropriate way with local staff members
