What you will do as the Data Analytics Lead

  • Continually refine and optimise data processes, tools, and analytics.
  • Interpret complex data, derive and communicate actionable insights and findings.
  • Work with data through data integration, visualisation, and automation as well as the design and maintenance of dashboards.
  • Be the primary point of contact for data-related inquiries and stakeholder engagement.

About you

In order to succeed in the role, you will have:

  • Relevant skills and demonstrated experience relating to the key responsibilities of this position (as described above).
  • Proven experience in data management, analytics, and reporting, particularly within IT operations or related fields.
  • A strong ability to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python) and data management platforms.
  • Knowledge of data integration, visualisation, and automation techniques, with experience in designing and maintaining dashboards.
  • A solid understanding of data governance frameworks, privacy regulations, and security standards, particularly within the context of government operations.
