What you will do as the Data Analytics Lead
- Continually refine and optimise data processes, tools, and analytics.
- Interpret complex data, derive and communicate actionable insights and findings.
- Work with data through data integration, visualisation, and automation as well as the design and maintenance of dashboards.
- Be the primary point of contact for data-related inquiries and stakeholder engagement.
About you
In order to succeed in the role, you will have:
- Relevant skills and demonstrated experience relating to the key responsibilities of this position (as described above).
- Proven experience in data management, analytics, and reporting, particularly within IT operations or related fields.
- A strong ability to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python) and data management platforms.
- Knowledge of data integration, visualisation, and automation techniques, with experience in designing and maintaining dashboards.
- A solid understanding of data governance frameworks, privacy regulations, and security standards, particularly within the context of government operations.
