Description:
CELOTTI WORKFORCE are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to manage inventory control, stock movement, logistics, and team leadership in Winnellie, NT.The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, organising, and dispatching stock while ensuring warehouse efficiency and safety. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with leadership experience and a strong understanding of inventory management and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, store, organise, and monitor stock movements, ensuring accurate inventory records and timely replenishment.
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy, ensuring correct labelling, packaging, and documentation for timely dispatch.
- Lead, supervise, and support a small warehouse team, ensuring efficient daily operations and a safe working environment.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries, managing schedules and ensuring compliance with company and customer requirements.
- Maintain warehouse organisation, ensuring goods are stored securely, the space is optimised, and all safety regulations are followed.
- Conduct and oversee regular stocktakes, investigate discrepancies, and provide detailed reports on inventory performance.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or storeman role is essential.
- Experience in a leadership position with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Familiarity with inventory control processes and basic warehouse management systems.
- A valid forklift licence, HR licence, and driver’s licence.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic understanding of OHS regulations and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks such as lifting and moving stock.
