Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects up to $30M such as warehouses, industrial units, office buildings and retail projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and mitigate risks.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial/industrial construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience working with clients and stakeholders to build strong, long-term relationships.
- CHEOPS & Procore xperience advantageous.
