Boilermaker/Welders Fuel Tankers
GEM Resourcing is recruiting for a Trade Qualified Boilermaker/Welder in Cockburn Central, WA 6164. This position is a long-term opportunity to work with a reputable company within the Transport and repair space. The job will require you to work with truck tankers for repair and construction during day shifts.
About the role:
We are looking for candidates who have experience with welding aluminium. There is also a need for fabrication. Due to you working with tankers, installing baffles and or repairing panels, you will be highly considered if you hold a confined space ticket.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

• MIG & TIG Welding skills, preferably with Aluminium
• Read and interpret workshop/engineering drawings.
• Ability to prioritise work tasks
• Set up jigs
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Hold a mechanical aptitude

• Reference contact details of two past employers
• Based already in Perth, WA
• Have the right to work in Australia
• Confined space ticket (ideal but not mandatory)
• Fuel transport / Tanker Repairs industry experience (Preferably)
• Boilermaker/Fabrication Trade qualification
