Are you an experienced Dentist looking for an autonomous role with exceptional earning potential? • Excellent Patient Care – a warm and communicative approach to patient relationships.
There is an opportunity to Work Across Multiple Locations – option to work at Hocking or North Beach for extra flexibility. Considering moving regionally to accelerate your career? Here's why you should:
  1. High Demand for Services : There's often a higher demand for dental services in regional and rural areas compared to urban centers, where the market can be more saturated. This demand can lead to more job opportunities and potentially faster career advancement for you. You will have a larger customer base and have an unmatched potential for billing compared to the metro areas of Australia.
  2. Diverse Clinical Experience : Working in regional areas often exposes dentists to a wider range of conditions and treatments due to the generalist nature of practice needed in less populated areas. This can accelerate skill development and clinical competence.
  3. Attractive Financial Incentives : Many regional areas offer attractive incentives to healthcare professionals, including higher wages compared to urban counterparts, relocation assistance, and subsidized housing. Some areas may also qualify for student loan forgiveness programs aimed at encouraging professionals to work in underserved locations.
  4. Work-Life Balance : Life in regional Australia typically comes with less traffic, lower cost of living, and a closer-knit community vibe. These factors can contribute to a better work-life balance, with more time for personal activities and family.
  5. Professional Autonomy : In regional practices, dentists often experience greater professional autonomy and the opportunity to make significant impacts on community health outcomes. There's also a chance to become a well-known and respected member of the community.
  6. Community Impact : Working in a regional community allows dentists to see tangible results of their work, improving the oral health of a community that may otherwise have limited access to such care.
Working regionally for a couple of years or so will significantly advance your career in a shorter period of time, leading to more long-term gain.
This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated dentist who thrives in an independent setting and wants to maximise their earnings while becoming a trusted provider in a growing community.
