Exciting opening is now available at Perth for a Team Leader to play a role in the day-to-day activities of our functions and retail areas.
The Role:
- Running Café and grab and go operations on daily basis (ensuring compliance with contract and service standards)
- Opening and closing of operations.
- Managing your daily workload while achieving high quality output in volume
- Providing management guidance to front of house team.
- Supporting and training new team members
- Provide hands on food and beverage service
- Barista experience required
- Ensuring outstanding customer service is provided to the customer
The Person:
- Proven ability to lead a team
- Understanding of Commercial hospitality operation
- Strong awareness of Hygiene & Food Safety Standards
- Adaptable and thrives in a multi-tasking environment
- Great personal presentation and an outgoing personality
- Available across a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
