NEXGEN CRUSHING AND SCREENING ALBANY WESTERN AUSTRALIA
We are a company specialising in crushing and screening at quarries and mine sites in WA and for this we require the tool of the trade to be transported to and from sites.
It looks like 2025 is going to be a busy year for us so if you want regular work of a changing nature every day then please read below.
We are currently seeking experienced Heavy Haulage Drivers for a our upcoming projects around WA on a 2:1 roster or adhoc as needed.
About You:
- Hold a current, unrestricted MC Driver's License
- Hold a national accredited load restraint training certification or have the ability to obtain one
- Hold a nationally accredited chain of responsibility certification or have the ability to obtain one
- Hold a white card or have the ability to obtain one
- Hold a WA Fatigue Management Certificate ( within 2 years )
- Ability to pass a medical including: pre-employment, commercial drivers and drug and alcohol screen - if you have a current medical with in the last 6 months then that is acceptable. LAB DAS must be no older than 28 days.
- Ability to work away from home for extended periods of time
- Experience in restraining and transporting over-dimensional and over-mass loads
- Experience with mine site heavy haulage transport equipment, including low loaders and drop decks
- Experience with float and road trains mobilising/demobilising equipment to project site
- Be highly motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of road statutory and regulatory permit requirements
- Proven track record understanding and adhering to operating conditions
- Understand of routes and WA road networks

- Excellent above award remuneration - Around Albany/Perth $45.00 pr hr, Working Away $52.00 per hr and $60.00 per hr above 26th Parallel
- Super paid on Ordinary Hours (38)
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading & unloading of varying over-dimensional and over-mass cargo
- Securing and restraining all cargo in a safe manner and as per operational requirements
- Completing pre-start and other operational checklists and administrative paperwork
- Transporting cargo to and from the specified mine site
- Complying with fatigue management and road rules and regulations
- Complying with Company Policies and Procedures.
- Ensuring adherence to all state permitting legislation
- Ensure all relevant permits are carried at all times
- Maintain a clean truck and float, carrying out daily maintenance
