We are 3BY2 , and we’re looking for a Web Support Officer to join our growing Perth team. You’ll be the go-to person for website-related queries, supporting both our clients and internal account managers. In the morning, you’ll be fixing a website speed issue, the next, you’ll be implementing tracking codes, troubleshooting DNS, or investigating some bizarre anomaly that no one can explain. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning the support desk – You’re the first point of contact for web-related queries from clients and our internal team.
  • Problem-solving like a boss – Whether it's a DNS update, a slow website, or a tracking issue, you’ll dig in and figure it out.
  • Keeping clients happy – You’ll communicate directly with clients, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and impressed with how effortlessly you solve their tech woes.
  • Diving into website development – We work a lot with WordPress , so experience here is a must. Got other coding skills? Awesome—we’ll help you grow them.
  • Implementing tracking & analytics – UTM codes, website tracking, Google Tag Manager—you’ll make sure everything is set up and working smoothly.
  • Managing domains & hosting – Purchasing, configuring, troubleshooting—you'll have a hand in keeping our hosted environments running like a dream.
  • Being an all-round tech whiz – Need to do some research? No problem. We’re looking for someone who knows how to dig in, find answers, and make things happen.

What You Need to Bring

  • Exceptional spoken & written English – You’re the face of our business, and clear communication is key.
  • Experience in website development – Particularly WordPress .
  • A love for technical variety – You thrive on learning new tools, solving different problems, and keeping things running smoothly.
  • A research-driven mindset – If you don’t know the answer, you know exactly how to find it.
  • Accountability & initiative – You take ownership of your role and don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do next.

Skills and Experience (serious stuff)

On the job training will be provided to get you up to speed, but we need to know you have the right ingredients to be successful.

  • Ability to organise, manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to effectively plan and schedule work.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship skills and a pride in delivering quality outputs.
  • High attention to detail but not a perfectionist (it's ok to get things wrong and learn for next time)
  • Technologically brilliant with a desire to learn new tools.
  • Ability to work productively and professionally with all members of the 3BY2 team, external contractors and clients.
  • Ability to take ownership of the role and work without close supervision.
  • Ability to take the initiative to learn new skills and ask questions to achieve 3BY2 and client objectives.
